Do you really do both HVAC and refrigeration?
Yes, and it is unusual. Most contractors do one or the other, which means two companies for a building that has both a mechanical room and a walk-in cooler. Here it is one team and one invoice.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. InFlow Mechanical is licensed and insured, WorkSafeBC registered and carries commercial general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request for commercial and strata clients.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. The 24/7 emergency line covers heating failures and refrigeration failures for residential and commercial clients. Maintenance plan holders receive priority scheduling.
Can you help with rebates?
We do the installation and the heat loss calculation most programmes ask for. Which rebate you qualify for is between you and the programme — our rebates page explains what decides your amount and where to check it.
Do you still do plumbing and property repairs?
No. We now focus entirely on HVAC and walk-in refrigeration. Doing two things properly beats doing nine things adequately, and these are the two we are best at.
